Security information relating to 'express' checkout Eighteen Ten offers express checkout through eWay’s secure payment gateway system. In order to provide this service your credit card details are stored at eWay for your convenience. Eighteen Ten does not store or have direct access to your credit card, we utilise a secure service through eWay which provides a reference code to your credit card details. Is it secure? All communication is protected by SSL encryption plus eWay is fully PCI DSS compliant as independently certified by BAE Systems Detica, an external Qualified Security Assessor (QSA). Returns PolicyExchanges, Repairs & Refunds
Proof of Purchase If you are an Eighteen Ten member, or, the person who made the purchase for you is an Eighteen Ten member, we will have a record of the purchase and you will not need to provide a receipt. If you are not an Eighteen Ten member you will need to provide proof of purchase. Proof of purchase can be in the form of:
Faulty Items In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty item, please contact us immediately to discuss its repair, replacement or full refund including shipping costs by either phoning (02) 9362 4890 or emailing [email protected] Eighteen Ten will provide a full refund including shipping costs or if you prefer we will arrange a repair of the fault. If repair is not possible, a replacement will be provided where possible. If it is no longer possible to replace the product you can have your choice of equivalent product value as per Australian Consumer Law. Special Exceptions We cannot accept returns or exchanges or refunds on the following items unless faulty or where otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law:

Delivery PolicyAll orders ship from our Showroom which is located in Woollahra, Sydney. Standard delivery usually takes 2-5 business days depending on your parcel destination (8-10 business days for western states and remote areas). Express Post ships overnight in express post zones. In-stock items, where express orders have been placed before 2pm, will ship same day. We will contact you if this is not possible with your selection.
We dispatch items from our showroom every working day. Although stock levels are virtually live, on rare occasions, the item you have selected may have sold out between updates of stock availability on the website.
